What we collect
When you visit yiven.ai or email us, we may collect: the email address you contact us from, message content you send us, and basic request metadata (browser, IP, timestamp) used to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, secure the service, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate our infrastructure or comply with the law.
Customer data
For paid engagements, Yiven processes data on your behalf under a separate agreement (DPA / MSA). That data is used solely to provide the service you've contracted for and is held with encryption in transit and at rest by default.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@yiven.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period.
